The concierge car pick up service is great. I believe the service work done is fine. I really wish (even after I made the appt in person at the dealership) that I didn't have to ask for the cou I believe the service work done is fine. I really wish (even after I made the appt in person at the dealership) that I didn't have to ask for the coupon and ford pass points to be applied after that and again the day of the service to be sure it is applied. It would be easier if I didn't have to make those phone calls to the service dept when I am at work the day is the service. I'd rather just ask once and have it taken care of. More
