Salesmen did an excellent job. Could not recommend Daniel lykens enough. We sent the crack in the windshield to our salesmen as soon as we found it. This was not a rock chip this was damaged from the factory. Service rep said they even had recalls on the windshield. She said her service manager was not in and that we could expect a call from the service manager. It’s been over 3 weeks and no call. Tried showing us where there was a “rock chip” in the middle of the crack, even though we have photos documenting the small hairline fracture with no chip. The hairline fracture obviously traveled across the windshield with ice, snow, defrost, etc. we will not be servicing our vehicle here anymore and not sure if we could buy another vehicle from here. More

Chelsea is great and does a very nice job, but I can’t say that for the rest of the dealership. I have owned 6 fords in my lifetime and have gotten 3 from this dealership. I used to have my truck servic say that for the rest of the dealership. I have owned 6 fords in my lifetime and have gotten 3 from this dealership. I used to have my truck serviced there, but you guys destroyed my lug nuts rotating my tires and then made me pay for new ones. I will never let you touch my tires again if I can help it. I only take my vehicles there for state inspections because nobody else does them anymore around me. Its not the same dealership it was when when I purchased my truck in 2012. More
