Sent my car in for recall service and a ding repair that was under warranty. The recall service went as expected but the warranty service was useless. They found a way to get out of covering the warranty was under warranty. The recall service went as expected but the warranty service was useless. They found a way to get out of covering the warranty work and needed to charge me for the work. The work was minimal but I wanted it done so I only paid for what was absolutely needed. I feel a bit cheated for purchasing the warranty. It seems to always be just outside the scope of what the warranty will cover. Disappointed. More

I called about a recall on my Ford escape. I gave them the recall number was set up a date and time to drop my car off. I dropped the car off when the technician was looking at it.
