When my daughter & her car was getting an education i Johnathon Pankrez, is the best service advisor we've ever had the experience to be assigned to. When my daughter & her car was getting an education in Corpus she called me & said she had a flat & I told her to call Johnathon & he advised her that her new car had a tire warranty so instead of paying $250.00 for a new tire she only paid the deductible of $70.00, Recently the transmission began to mess up & we called our trusted Johnathon only to discover he had relocated to Bob Allen in Overland Park, Kansas but even though he's a 542 miles away, he came through for us.
