My maintenance experience was very good from setting up the appointment to receiving my car, with one exception. On both maintenance visits so far for my brand new car, I asked that my report be emailed t the appointment to receiving my car, with one exception. The dealership is very nice the employees need training on the new cars. I have had new cars for the past 20 years and this car has been a challenge. First not being able to get anyone in the dealership on the new cars. I have had new cars for the past 20 years and this car has been a challenge. First not being able to get anyone in the dealership to figure out why I could not program my garage door to the car. It took me spending money with a garage door service representative to let me know that it had to do with the software that was put in the car not my remote, not my garage door opener (by the way it was new) but your software. Then it took three months a new phone and four trips to the Carlsbad facility to find out that again it was a programing problem with your cars. New phone, going to Apple to see if there was anything else I needed to do to get mu phone to pair with the car and then to find out that it was the programming in the car that was the problem. Your service people need to be updated with the working of the newer cars at least every six months. More
