Also part of the process was "patient" Marty who spent over an hour with us dealing with our trade and new financing questions. I inquired about a truck, was assured by Andrew Supa that the truck was on the lot. I made an appointment at lunchtime to buy the truck. If so he knew I had an appointment with him and should have let me know not to drive the 50 miles I had to travel to get there. They have a very good web presence and after I found the car online on a Sunday I called and left a voice mail. We set up a time to meet and he had the car ready and out front. During the test drive Jared was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features I didn’t even realize they had. I had a great experience while we made the deal and filled out all of the paper work. They gave me a great price and even a warranty on a used car! They also have a new deal with free oil changes and inspections for the life of ownership which is great. As I wasn’t trading in a vehicle they were very accommodating to helping me get two cars back to my house. I will be back next time I am in the market for another vehicle. Worth the drive from my house in Silver Spring up to Baltimore. More
