I was absolutely dreading my first official car-buying experience. I found a great deal online for a Honda Element, and I suddenly had my heart set on it, but the thought of actually going to the dealersh experience. All that changed, however, after working with Joe and Jared. I stopped by just to check out the car, and Joe helped me out; we set up an appointment to come back (with my parents, of course, because I had no idea what I was doing), and I already felt more comfortable. When I returned, Jared and Joe worked as a team to help us. The part I was REALLY dreading was the test drive, but Jared made it an easy experience. Spending hours at a car dealership on Saturday is probably not most people's idea of fun, but after walking away as the new owner of a Honda Element I realized that it can be a positive and enjoyable time... if you work with Joe and Jared! He was also very knowledgeable of the other dealers inventory and pointing out why his was the best place to shop. After arriving at the dealership, having already worked out price and negotiated vehicle options, we also dealt with a very kind gentleman named Steve. Also part of the process was "patient" Marty who spent over an hour with us dealing with our trade and new financing questions. I just wanted to take the time to thank them and know that without their time and patience, we would not have even made the hour and a half trip to Baltimore to purchase this vehicle. Thanks again. I inquired about a truck, was assured by Andrew Supa that the truck was on the lot. I made an appointment at lunchtime to buy the truck. If so he knew I had an appointment with him and should have let me know not to drive the 50 miles I had to travel to get there. I guess with the new regime in charge, they won't be in business long if this is how they are going to try and service customers. More

This car had all the bells and whistles and then some that we were looking for and it was in our price range. I called to see if the car was still avaible and talked with Joe. We set up our appointment and Joe called to confirm. When we meet him he was very friendly and very thorough in his explanation of all the features. He was very patient with us and worked to get us the best deal possible. My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. We did not leave with the feeling that we were just taken advantage of. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used car. They have a very good web presence and after I found the car online on a Sunday I called and left a voice mail. We set up a time to meet and he had the car ready and out front. During the test drive Jared was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features I didn’t even realize they had. I had a great experience while we made the deal and filled out all of the paper work. They gave me a great price and even a warranty on a used car! They also have a new deal with free oil changes and inspections for the life of ownership which is great. As I wasn’t trading in a vehicle they were very accommodating to helping me get two cars back to my house. I will be back next time I am in the market for another vehicle. Worth the drive from my house in Silver Spring up to Baltimore. More
