One star away too much. I paid $650 to fix my silverado brakes. After i drove it for 3 days the same problem pops up .returned it to them to fix the same problem. My track was setting there for nearly 4 months i didn't get any updates ..i decided after the long waiting time to go back see what is going on I was surprised that they lost the key I spooke to one lady at front desk about .she said they couldn't do anything to my truck and no refund for i did paid after back and forth a gentleman came from the rear office saying i have to take my truck with nothing been done to it .and they made no working key i just used my spare key to get my track out of there.they were very rude i decided just to live I have all paper work More

I took my car to Bob Bell Kane Street, It took them four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adj four months to figure that it needs power module replaced. Once I was handed over vehicle, driver side window panel was not closed, Stick was not adjusted, tire monitors were some how not work and oil stains inside vehicle. Within a month I was told my starter was mala functioning, another $1800, now withing week of that, check engine sign is own with oil pump pressure sign. They fix one thing and I see three more problems More

I have taken both of my vehicles there for oil changes and break work. On my last visit I ordered a set of new tires that was a Friday morning was told they would be there friday aftrnoon and car will be and break work. On my last visit I ordered a set of new tires that was a Friday morning was told they would be there friday aftrnoon and car will be ready that day; it took until Tuesday the following week to get my vechicle srerviced; they compt a rental but i still don't think it should have taken that long plus the women who I was dealing with kept changing her dates of completion. All in all I would use them again but I would wait until tires are on site before leving my car. More
