My wife and I are now on our fourth Bob Bell Chevrolet and we are truly pleased with the sales and the service department. We had a minor problem when after a routine service, oil change and tire rotation and we are truly pleased with the sales and the service department. We had a minor problem when after a routine service, oil change and tire rotation an inexperienced mechanic forgot two lug nets and failed to tighten the other three HOWEVER Bob Bell immediately ordered a new rim because the weren't certain that the lugs weren't rounded. They provided me with a rental vehicle on their dime until the new rim arrived and immediately replaced it and issue other accommodations. Bob Bell for a lifetime. More

My wife and I went to buy a new car for me. We worked with Michael and we feel like he was a pleasure to work with. He was nice, up front, and knowledgeable. The reason we are giving Bob Bell 3 stars is with Michael and we feel like he was a pleasure to work with. He was nice, up front, and knowledgeable. The reason we are giving Bob Bell 3 stars is because of the destination charge. They were offering a dealer discount and when we got home to look at the paperwork something wasn’t adding up. The manager has applied the discount to the sticker price which is the MSRP and the destination charge together. After the applied discount, they added another destination charge on top of it. The discount should have been applied to the sticker price and stopped there since the destination charge was already included. We ultimately ended up paying the destination charge twice. Buyers beware of that and if you are then it’s not a bad place just don’t let them get you on it. More
Run away! Ok, I purchased two used vehicles from this dealership. The second one was terrible and the dealer did not want to own-up to the problems. I spent hours and many days at the service area trying to resolve the original problem with the car when I purchased it. The internal mechanic that does the inspections missed the leaking oil, so I had to return to have that problem fixed - after purchase. I trusted the dealer to sell a good car in good working order. I was wrong. Went back to the dealership again because it was still leaking oil, only this time it was leaking on the exhaust manifold and smoke entered the cabin area - health hazard and it was missed by the inspection - the dealer only gave a partial discount on the repairs....but hold on...this should have been completely covered and caught during the inspection. Honestly, they just wanted to earn a profit - buyer beware! Take your business elsewhere. More
Me and my wife have bought 4 vehicles from Bob Bell in the past few years . We have. 2014 Cadillac CTS. We have had a recall on this particular vehicle and contacted them with this issue and was informed the past few years . We have. 2014 Cadillac CTS. We have had a recall on this particular vehicle and contacted them with this issue and was informed that it is a recall with the car . So we was told by the service manager that the part had to be ordered. Then they would contact us as soon as it came in to be scheduled to get repaired. This was in October of 2019 . It is now January 24th 2020 . And still no phone calls from anyone in the service department. And our car is due for emissions and it requires this part to pass . So we both have called to service department multiple times a day and asked to speak to the service manager. But we always get the voice mail and to leave a message. So we both have left messages time after time and still no return of a call from anyone in the service department. It’s sad that we can not get this issue resolved. We are loyal customers but can not get the service we need . Sales are great to deal with but the service side is lacking in customer service in a bad way . I guess I will have to contact someone higher up in or to get our vehicle repaired. We should not have to wait months to get this issue resolved. Hopefully the owners read this and get the situation resolved. I will continue calling every day until someone helps us . Chris J. More

They destroyed my truck New 80k dollar truck they destroyed at the service department. Changed my oil then it leaked out while driving on Highway with dump trailer on back. Loose Lugnuts Sink Silverado Yesterday I picked up my Silverado from Bob Bell after an oil change and tire rotation. As I headed towards 95 South, my truck starts to vibrate viole Yesterday I picked up my Silverado from Bob Bell after an oil change and tire rotation. As I headed towards 95 South, my truck starts to vibrate violently and I pull over to see that the lug nuts on my rear passenger side wheel were not tighten and the wheel began to come off the vehicle. I called Bob Bell immediately and they sent someone to pick me up and asked me to leave my truck there and they would send a tow truck for it. I do not live in the state, and Ken Ehrhardt told me I could not take one of their loaners out of state to go home. They told me they would put me in a hotel and have my truck done first thing in the morning. Well I am writing this review from the front seat of the loaner vehicle where my dog and I slept last night. When I went to check in to the hotel they booked me, the hotel told me the credit card they dealer gave was not authorized as well as the hotel does not take dogs. The dealership obviously knew I had a dog as she was with me the entire time. So basically their service department is negligent to allow my vehicle to leave with loose lugnuts, as well as booked me a hotel room where I could not actually stay. This was the worst experience I have ever had and reinforced why we should all avoid dealerships like the plague. More
