My experience today was excellent. I came in today for a oil change, and Brandon McMullen was great with his excellent customer service. He also got me a great deal on my wiper blades. Excellent Service Provided by Brandon McCullum I have always had good service provided by Bob Bell Nissan. However today’s experience went far and beyond expectation. Very rare does a repair shop try their best to help you avoid unnecessary repairs and cost. I dropped my car off due to my bumper being loose. Brandon McCullum, quickly assessed that it was simply a couple of loose screws. Instead of wasting the shops time with putting it on the lift...he tighten the loose screws and tighten up other loose areas of the bumper. This has been my second time being serviced by Brandon and each time he has shown that truly cares about his customers and how to help them to maintain their vehicle properly and at the sametime reduce cost by suggest preventive measures. I’m sure I speak for many when I say that Brandon is a true assist to the service team at Bob Bell Nissan. More

Horrible!!! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Bob Bell. They LIE. Had our car there for a recall. They replaced the parts for our car and then the next day HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with Bob Bell. They LIE. Had our car there for a recall. They replaced the parts for our car and then the next day our car kept stalling and died on the side of the road. We called and Bob Bell said they would pick us up in a tow truck to bring it back to their shop. We have AAA but they said they would pick us up no charge. Then they charged us for the tow truck of 100 dollars!! Said we had to pay when they clearly said it was FREE. Why would we pay for a tow if we get free ones from AAA? If you have any car problems take it somewhere else. Costumer service is disorganized, horrible and very untrustworthy. More
