Bob-Boyd Lincoln has the best staff when it comes to customer care. From the service dept., to sales, to finance. They are just good people. This was our second time around with our sales representat customer care. From the service dept., to sales, to finance. They are just good people. This was our second time around with our sales representative, Lauren and she is wonderful. We just leased our second Lincoln Nautilus from her and have not been disappointed. She is very professional, very friendly and patient to work with. She went above and beyond to find what we wanted until it was exactly the right fit!! She simplified our time working with her team getting us all the necessary information ready prior to our arrival so the the back end process wouldn’t be as long!! Kudos to the Cody (sales manager) and Mark (finance) as well!! I just love how Bob-Boyd Lincoln of Columbus handles business. A warm atmosphere every time we come!!
