I brought my 2025 Ridgeline in for the auto dim headlight not working properly. They said no codes no problem found. Returned for same problem and they reported making adjustments and rode testing. Talked to the service manager and he said he would speak to the mechanic and said that wasn’t acceptable. Service manager said it was tested in their wash bay. I told him that the feature does not work until you reach 25 miles an hour. It still wasn’t working and I left it for 3 nights and they said there wasn’t a problem found. I have made videos and contacted Honda America and asked if they would get involved. I was told they can’t unless dealership asks. At this point even though it goes against how I feel I believe I will disable the feature and do everything I can to kill all the sales for this dealership and Honda in general. BBB can’t get Honda America to respond to my complaint nor will they respond to the MS Attorney General. This is a common tactic of them. I tried to reach out to the General Manager at the dealership but it was intercepted by the Service Manager. More
