I bought a new 2010 Ford F-150 FX4 from Bill Hicks at Bob Davidson Ford. I was very impressed with Bill for many reasons. Jenna did a great job for us. We were in between multiple vehicles with different packages. Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable and was not "pushy". He provided us with needed info and made intros to other staff that we needed to meet to finalize the sale. Kathy Hood is a consumate professional who is sincerely interested in customer satisfaction; a rare thing to find these days. She introduced me to a service staff that was eagerly helping me solve the issu interested in customer satisfaction; a rare thing to find these days. All in all, I walked away with the opinion that these people look at customers as repeat business; each visit being an investment with potential returns in the future.
