We had a fantastic experience working with Hakeem and - Hmcnally

We had a fantastic experience working with Hakeem and Shant! Hakeem was exceptional from start to finish—he kept us updated as our desired vehicle made its way to the dealership, and when it arrived, everything was ready for us to test drive. That level of communication and customer service really stood out. Shant was equally great to work with. He was knowledgeable and informative about the warranty options, and somehow even made the financial conversation engaging and fun—which is no small feat! Both Hakeem and Shant made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and genuinely positive. We highly recommend working with them!

Incredible service. - lauriegeorge

Incredible service. I can't stop raving over the quality of service. My oil % was at 5%, I called with my concern, and Curtis, Tony, and Tracy all helped me to make sure my car would be safe and taken care of. They had their mobile maintenance program come to where I work and changed the oil, rotated to tires and checked all the fluids. Not even 24 hours later my car is ready to go.

SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS! - RJS

SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS! Yes that good. Sales, service, management, etc. Everyone was/is really good. Purchased an Escape 3 years ago and since Ford is not building anymore, we thought we would get a new one since this might be the last car purchased. Let's get what we want. Looking for another Plug-In Hybrid with our requests, like looking for a needle in a haystack. Never found, although Alex did everything possible. We are keeping our current one and the excellent service department will keep it going for many years to come. Buy and service here. Used both service and sales.

MIKE Weatherman did a great job fixing our 2020 Escape - Pagebh

MIKE Weatherman did a great job fixing our 2020 Escape this morning. Thanks so much!

When I decided on my van build, Crouse Ford was the only - CJ in MD

When I decided on my van build, Crouse Ford was the only dealer (of six) that bothered to give me a straightforward price--no hidden fees. Due to the supply chain problems it took Ford two years to build the van--Brady Crouse kept me apprised of progress and made sure that I received the Ford Private Offer and price protection. Outstanding service!

I had a great experience here. - bowlingqueen1975

On October 12, I went to Frederick Motor Co. - 2083scadre

On October 12, I went to Frederick Motor Co. to test drive a 2017 Infiniti QX50. The salesman quickly found out it was in for its state safety inspection and said he’d call me when it was ready. On the 14th, he called to say it was available. I told him I’d be there that afternoon, left work early, and started the hour-long drive. About 40 minutes in, he left me a voicemail saying the General Manager had taken the vehicle home. I called back and asked him to let me know when it was available again. The next morning, the QX50 was marked sold on CarGurus and gone from the dealership’s website. No call, no explanation. The GM’s bio says his goal is to make Frederick Motor Co. your “first and last stop.” It was my first stop, and it will be my last. I won’t shop here again, even if they have the perfect car. If you’re a serious buyer, don’t count on them to hold up their end.

My car battery failed late in the day on10/12/26. - esmithjr

My car battery failed late in the day on10/12/26. I called Porter Ford and spoke to customer service representative Lorenzo and asked what a new battery would cost. I said I would call AAA in the morning to get my car jump-started bring my car in to get a new battery installed. Lorenzo said not to bother with AAA as he would stop by my home on his way to work the next day and jump-start it for me. At 6:30 am on 10/13/26, Lorenzo came to my house and jumpstarted my car. I took my car to Porter Ford after it opened and by battery was installed a short time later at what I considered to be a very reasonable cost. With that type of service, I will certainly be back for my car maintenance needs.

I had a very good experience with the service department, - bruce.turman

I had a very good experience with the service department, and a big part of that was Shane, my service technician. He did a great job getting my moon roof fixed. He also went above and beyond to keep my appointment as close as possible to the date I asked for, even after the vendor changed the schedule. His communication and follow-through made the whole process easy. The only downside was that no loaner vehicles were available. That was outside Shane’s control, but it would have made the visit more convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service, and I’d recommend asking for Shane.

This has been an incredibly frustrating dealership to - Phil.simon

This has been an incredibly frustrating dealership to deal with. Their automated phone system makes it nearly impossible to reach an actual person, and I have been unable to get anyone on the phone simply to tell me the status of my vehicle. I purchased a brand-new vehicle from this dealership and expected a much better level of communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

Said my power seat that wouldn't work needed the tracking - discovol95

Said my power seat that wouldn't work needed the tracking replaced for nearly $2000. Reaearched it myself and just needed to replace the switch for $15. They also said my wipers were worn and wanted to replace them for $120. I had just replaced them the day before! Contacted them but nobody is doing anything about this. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I had an exceptional experience with Koons Silver Spring - bpercich

I had an exceptional experience with Koons Silver Spring Ford, all handled remotely—and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Johnathan Rafiq and Marc L. Bortnick were incredible from start to finish. They took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, understood my needs, and made it happen—without me ever having to step foot in the dealership. They even brought the car directly to me for a test drive, which was a game-changer in terms of convenience and customer service. Johnathan was professional, responsive, and patient throughout the process, and Marc made sure everything came together seamlessly. It’s rare to find a dealership team this attentive, efficient, and committed to making the experience easy and stress-free. I’ll absolutely continue to work with them for future purchases and highly recommend Koons Silver Spring Ford to anyone looking for outstanding service.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a - Donaldames21

I had the worst experience that I have ever had at a dealership. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sit back. This is a long nightmare of a story. I visited this location to test drive a “brand new” 2026 Ford Mustang Ecoboost VIN: 1FA6P8TH7T5100941 on 8/5. Salesman Abu Jatta was the individual that I was in contact with to schedule an appointment. I spoke with him first on 8/2 regarding setting up a day. He told me “it’s best if you come Wednesday, someone left the lights on in the car so the battery has died” I found that interesting but nevertheless I told him Wednesday I’ll stop after work to test drive the vehicle. Prior to my arrival I received a call from Abu saying that they had replace the battery and the vehicle will be ready. I show up and he claimed to be working with another customer and handed me off to this young lady named Charity. Speaking with her was the only delightful part of the visit. I sat for 20 mins waiting for them to pull the car up front. The car finally arrives and as I get in I quickly notice that the car was extremely low on gas. Gas light shining clear as day. I was told to drive to the gas station so they can fill up the car (lol). I was also told to leave the car running as it gets filled up. After I performed this task for them I was free to drive around and experience the vehicle. After the test drive, I parked the car and turned it off. As I was proceeding back into the building I heard a “tick tick” noise, I turned around and noticed Charity was unable to start the vehicle due to the battery dying. I spoke numbers with Charity. Abu showed up once and just stood against the wall and watched us talk then walked away. He did not return. Charity and I weren’t able to come to a favorable price. Of course I had to speak with the manager, I do not remember his name but I do recall him not asking at all how the test drive went or able to offer me any type of deal even tho unaware to him I just had the most unacceptable experiences ever.. I truly feel bad for Charity because she was pushed into the worst sales opportunity ever, all due to Abu not properly planning my visit and not doing his due diligence on a “brand new” car that clearly should not be on the lot for sell. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Proceed with caution.

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob - Mike B

Extending my thanks to Joe Porter and his team at Bob Bell Ford (used car dept). I had a completely hassle-free process today when I went in to purchase a pre owned Hyundai Veloster. I'm thrilled with my purchase. From not getting a gazillion phone calls from the dealership to feeling heard and understood every step through the deal, I can say it couldn't have gone any better. If you're in the market for a pre owned vehicle, ask for Joe. Thanks again guys.
