Since my last notes I did get a call back from the used car sales mgr quoting me a price on the fusion they were loaning me, no bargains there may as well pay for a new one. The other calls I recd were on 7/26 & 7/28, the first one was the service mgr saying he needed his loaner car back asap, my reply was I haven't seen a check yet from your ins co, he said he would get back to me, that was four days ago. The other call I recd was an automated call surveying my satisfaction with their service, got a chuckle out of that! So anyway here it is exactly two months after the incident, still no apologies still no check. Here's another note, I saw this on their website recently "We have also won, for the 11th year in a row, Ford Motor Company's coveted "President's Award" for highest achievement in Customer Satisfaction. Apparently whoever gave out the award forgot to poll everybody. of
