I settled for one, told Steve my terms, dp and interest I was looking for as well as a no-nonsense deal. Once we settled on this, I came in and dealt with Billy for a test drive, once satisfied...I finalized a deal with Kate in the F&I Dept and off I went a hour later! They treated me like a VIP even though I didn't have a lot of money to spend and purchased a small SUV. At other dealerships I always left like I just been taken for a ride but not at Bob Davidson. The finance person pushed for the best deal for me and not for him. I got the ride I wanted, financing I can afford and the most for my trade. I couldn't ask for anything more. It was a seamless process which made it an awesome experience. The customer service was great. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, easy going and informative sales professionals. Solomon was pleasant to deal with and he was very pro-active in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. He was professional and left a great impression. He was very informative and explained everything about the Mustang and its various features. If you’re still in the market for a vehicle I recommend calling Solomon. I believe he will make everything fun and stress free. I also had the opportunity to meet with Joe who helped get me up to speed using the “SYNC” system and other features on the vehicle.
