First visit-due to Lincoln recall I would have never visited this dealership if it were not to a Lincoln recall on the fuel tank. Their staff and service was so outstanding.... I will surely contact them when I purchase my next vehicle. EVERY ONE OF THEIR STAFF .... made the effort to be kind, polite, and helpful. Their customer waiting rooms are clean, friendly and very accommodating. As a business owner myself, they respected my time and they were honest about the expected time for the repair/replacement. This is the best Dealership/Service ever! I honestly did not want to drive there, due to the distance, however; worth the drive ! More

They treat I had the best car buying experience I ever had at Bob Davidson Ford Lincoln. Everyone from the salesman to the finance manager was great. They treated me like a VIP even though I didn't have a lot of money to spend and purchased a small SUV. At other dealerships I always left like I just been taken for a ride but not at Bob Davidson. The finance person pushed for the best deal for me and not for him. I got the ride I wanted, financing I can afford and the most for my trade. I couldn't ask for anything more. They were very courteous and friendly to my girlfriend and I who’ve been looking for a Mustang for a couple months. The customer service was great. I was excited to buy a Mustang GT from them. It was a seamless process which made it an awesome experience. The customer service was great. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, easy going and informative sales professionals. Solomon was pleasant to deal with and he was very pro-active in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. He was professional and left a great impression. He was very informative and explained everything about the Mustang and its various features. If you’re still in the market for a vehicle I recommend calling Solomon. I believe he will make everything fun and stress free. I also had the opportunity to meet with Joe who helped get me up to speed using the “SYNC” system and other features on the vehicle. Joe was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’d consider him a subject matter expert on the “SYNC” system and he also possesses a vast knowledge of Mustangs in general. Special thanks to both Solomon and Joe. A+ across the board for these guys. They were a pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Kate was also great.
