Nervous buyer I haven't bought a car in over 10 years so I was naturally nervous about getting a fair deal and choosing the right vehicle for my wants and needs. I found my ideal vehicle on the Bob Davidson Ford website and emailed an interest in a used Ford Explorer. Within 10-15 minutes I received a phone call from Sammi and she was able to set up an appointment for me within an hour to come in, view and test drive the vehicle. When I pulled on to the lot, the vehicle was sitting right in front of the dealership, was running and there was VIP guest tag hanging in the window with my name on it. When I entered the dealership, I found my name on the appointment board and the staff at the front desk waited on me immediately. Sammi was unavailable at the time, so Marc greeted me and made sure I made contact with the Solomon from sales. Solomon immediately took me out to the waiting car and began a detailed overview of the car starting from the back all the way to the front of the vehicle. Solomon with through all of the electronic features...which are too many to learn in one sitting...but I was immediately impressed with what the car had to offer. We then began the test drive which was helpful because we did side street and freeway driving which was helpful so that I could see how the car handles in two different road conditions. We then went back to the dealership to discuss pricing and financing. Solomon was very personable, funny and was able to put my mind at ease the car buying process. He was able to answer all of my questions and was patient when it came down to me deciding if this was the right deal for me. I was able to step outside and make a phone call to weigh my options and he waited patiently, without rushing me to make a decision. I then encounter Hal from financing who answered all of my questions, even a some that I asked multiple times to make sure that I was clear about the warranties that were being offered. Unfortunately the car buying process is long and drawn out and even though it was after 9pm by the time I made it into the finance office, Hal was patient and once again allowed me the time to weigh the options and make the right financial decision for my budget. Because it was so late, the auto detailer was unable to completely detail my car. Solomon was very upfront and honest about this but was clear that I should bring that car back at my earliest convenience so that the inside could finish being detailed. He also stated that he would make sure that the would be a tech man on hand who could review all of the electronic features of my car when I came back in so that I was comfortable using everything. Overall, I had an awesome VIP experience at this dealership. More

I walked into Bob Davidson and was greeted immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Solomon Ortiz as my salesman. Not only did he take the time to answer all my questions regarding the F-150, but was also patient as I looked at three trucks with various features before I found the perfect color and perks. The team at Bob Davidson worked until the minute they closed that evening to get me into my F-150 and I could not be happier. I have all the gratitude in the world for the entire staff. As far as sales, Solomon is a professional who shows that he cares about what his clients are looking for in a vehicle. What a difference a day makes I came into Bob Davidson to buy a Ford Escape a couple of days ago. I was really impressed by the condition of their vehicles. The car was certified, came with a very generous warranty. But somthing small happened. During a sale, a salesman was fired. I was turned off by Bob Davidsons dealership at that moment. I called the owner and explained that we were ready to purchase the car. He was on vacation. But we got a call from the GM the next morning. He had a change of heart. He invited us back. What a difference a day makes. We came in, and the entire team treated us with respect and kindness. They really turned it around. I recommend their dealership because they showed that their team has real commitment. The way they treated us the second time, it was worth coming back. Their cars are excellent. Bruce Schindler is the one who makes it happen & Tom Reynolds is the guy who can keep you riding safe for the next 200,000 miles or more. My recent repair was seamlessly handled by Dave Lancaster (Service Advisor Extraordinaire) who expedited the replacement of my (1998 Ford Ranger) radiator, and got me back on the road the within 24 hours. The Service was Excellent, the Communication was Exceptional, and the Price was Affordable. Everyone I encountered there was polite, courteous and very helpful.
