Overall service was good. When I was called about the parts being in stock, I received a rude voicemail stating that “someone” has called 5 times and if I don’t call back they would cancel my service. I parts being in stock, I received a rude voicemail stating that “someone” has called 5 times and if I don’t call back they would cancel my service. I did not receive one phone call until I got the threatening voicemail. This did not make me want to continue the service but I did because the parts were in stock. Possibly approaching your customers with positive intent and kindness would want them to come back in the future. More

While I was waiting for my inspection to be completed, I watched as an elderly lady with limited money was being told that she needed additional work. The staff was so compassionate and tried to work out an watched as an elderly lady with limited money was being told that she needed additional work. Was very satisfied with the crew doing the oil change. However, I was supposed to get a courtesy Car Wash as a Lincoln owner. Whoever did this job should either be fired or retrained. My car looks like they turned a hose on it and took a rag and just swiped over it. There was still dirt all over the sides and all over the back. Because it was wet when I picked it up, I didn’t notice it till I got home. In the past my car always looked great, but not this time. I was very inhappy with it. It was disgusting. More
