I scheduled my 2019 Lincoln MKT to have the 30,000 mile service and specifically asked about having the tires rotated. The gentleman who I was speaking to stated that was part of the 30,000 mile service. service and specifically asked about having the tires rotated. When I dropped the car off Saturday morning November 13th, I asked about the tire rotation and again specifically asked about checking the air pressure in the tires. I stated that we would be traveling over 2000 miles over Thanksgiving. I again was informed that it was part of the 30,000 mile service and they always check the tire pressure. We picked up the vehicle and was told that everything was in good condition. We left and drove to Nashville for Thanksgiving with my son and family. Saturday we drove to Apex, NC. to our daughters house for a few days. The car was pretty dirty from leaving Erie in the snow and salted roads. Sunday I was going to take the car to an automatic car wash but my son-in-law insisted on hand washing it in the driveway. The front tires were turned out to the left because of the way I pulled into the driveway. He asked me to come to the drivers front tire to look at it. The inside 1/2 of the tire was completely worn down to the cords showing ‼️‼️‼️ Monday morning at 8AM, I called your service department to confirm that the tires were rotated and checked only to find out that NO THEY WERE NOT‼️‼️‼️ Had it not been for my son in law insisting on hand washing the vehicle, we would have left to drive 700 miles home into the snow in Erie. There is NO WAY that tire would have lasted a 700 mile drive. Luckily, the local Lincoln dealership was able to get the car in Monday afternoon and could install 4 new tires and do a 4wheel alignment. Your service department never even bothered to call me back and check to see if I could get it taken care of and made it home safely. Thanks for the service 😢😢😢 More
