Totally disappointed I have delayed my review more than a month with the hope of giving a stellar review. Unfortunately, my problem has not been resolved and the story kee I have delayed my review more than a month with the hope of giving a stellar review. Unfortunately, my problem has not been resolved and the story keeps changing. After I drove the car home, I opened the passenger door only to find the rocker cover molding was missing. I informed my salesman and stopped by to show him. He said he missed that and that they would take one from another vehicle. He said he would call at the end of December, but no call came. I called and he said times were slow and no vehicles showed up. After a couple of weeks an ad appeared with two MKS’s. I called and he said he would let me know. Again, no call. I called a week ago and he said he found the part on the internet for over $400. I told him I found it for $106 and that at some point you were going to have to buy one. He agreed it was their responsibility. I called yesterday and he told me he wanted me to buy the part and they would install it. This is unacceptable customer service to me. I told him this would not look good in the survey and he said he was 62 and didn’t care about surveys. Good dealerships should care about surveys. I am still waiting to hear from him to get this resolved. I believe a car should come with all the parts or he informed they are missing. I sincerely would appreciate action on this issue. By the way, there were other issues that I would be glad to discuss as I was not told the truth. More
