From nightmare to great experience! It all started in the service center at BOB FERRANDO. They found some issues with my old truck and I was advised not to keep putting money into it! So It all started in the service center at BOB FERRANDO. They found some issues with my old truck and I was advised not to keep putting money into it! So the search began for a used and then a new vehicle. Scott wolf was pretty patient with me during the whole process. We discussed what I was looking for and what I could afford and he was able to find the right truck and the right price. Thanks More

Truly Grateful! My car ended up being a total loss, so I started looking around the dealerships for a reliable SUV. While browsing, I met Scott Wolfe. I told him my s My car ended up being a total loss, so I started looking around the dealerships for a reliable SUV. While browsing, I met Scott Wolfe. I told him my situation and what I was looking for, he graciously showed me around the lot. Once I found one I was interested in with no hesitation and a smile, walked all the way across the huge lot (multiple times btw) to get information and keys for each vehicle. I eventually found one, a 2012 Ford Escape Limited. The miles were right and the price was too! Scott really helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family! Infact, everyone there was friendly and helpful. Paul helped me with my financing, he worked with me and helped me get the best payment possible! Both gentleman, in their own ways made my car buying experience enjoyable! I look forward to dealing with Bob Ferrando Ford out in Girard PA again! More
