The last 3 times I used this location, the two gentleman are, quite frankly RUDE. This last time will be the last time I step foot in their service center. The manager called me after to literally yell at are, quite frankly RUDE. This last time will be the last time I step foot in their service center. The manager called me after to literally yell at me for not refilling the gas in the loaner. I put 5 dollars in but apparently it wasn’t exactly where it It was when I took it off the lot. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars just in their service area over the last 10 years over 4 vehicles. They lost that over maybe $3 in gas. I don’t know if Arlind is no longer there, but he hasn’t been there the last few times I visited. If he isn’t, that is an incredible loss to Ferando Ford. The check out woman in the office has always and continued to be lovely, but this last dealing with the other two were it. And I have to say, I am hearing this same thing from numerous people. More

I was very happy with the service. The team was very good about assessing my car quickly and letting me know what repairs needed to be made so that the parts could be ordered in a timely fashion.
