We were on vacation and 700 miles from home when we started having an issue with the rear brakes. Doug was able to squeeze our vehicle in and they got the brakes and rotors replaced in a timely manner started having an issue with the rear brakes. I’m battery once again would not start my 2015!escape. I had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. They took me in even though they are short staffed due to Cov had to bring it to have it tested. I had just had it replaced not yet a year old there. Got a call later that it was the battery, it was still under warranty so they replaced it. Told me I’d need new brakes and rotors by next inspection. I asked them to replace them while it was there.
