This kid took the bull by the horns. Seeing an opportunity because I was there so early and they had a mechanic ready to roll, they started my recall immediately at eight. John and Doug in service stood up to the plate on my recall from Ford. Ford motor co did not let me know of this recall nor did Ferrando Ford. i only found this out via a local service shop.
