Bob Hook Chevrolet cannot be beat in the quality of the sales and service department! When it comes to chevrolet dealerships, they are by far the best!!! My salesman was Ralph Slucher. He was very nice and helpful with any questions I might have. I had to wait during the preparation of my new pickup. He was so courteous as to offer to take us anywhere we would like to eat. He took us to an excellent restaurant. It was not like my experiences elsewhere, where it was difficult to deal with the salesman. He was the best! They gave me a good trade-in value and discount the first time around on my new pickup.. The used car manager who appraised my trade-in was very reasonable to deal with. He was complementary on my trade-in, unlike other dealerships who were not. The service department along with the service manager could not be beat. There is not a better dealership and salesman to deal with period!!!! More
