My Purchase of a 2018 Silverado I had a very good experience with Bill Dabney at Bob Hook Chevrolet on Thursday the 16th of March. Bill was referred to me by a friend so that is why I had a very good experience with Bill Dabney at Bob Hook Chevrolet on Thursday the 16th of March. Bill was referred to me by a friend so that is why I chose him as my salesman. Bill is an excellent and very knowledgeable salesman. When he found out there was nothing on the lot I was interested in, he immediately asked what I wanted and proceeded to find the Truck I wanted. Within a short period of time he had located 3 Trucks that I could possibly want to purchase. I left that day and came back on Friday. He told me then he could have the truck I wanted at his location on Monday the 19th of March. I gave him a down payment and on Monday we set up an appointment for me to purchase the Truck. What I like about Bill is that he did not try and force me to buy a Truck I did not want. He took immediate steps to find the truck I wanted and had it there Monday to purchase. More

My 2015 Malibu I walked into Bob Hook and several sales people didn't notice me. (As the day unfolded I discovered it was his first day back after been off for a while and my first purchase of car in over 10 years!) I was set on a purchase I seen online for a 2016 Malibu. However, that didn't work out after I got more details. Mr. Dabney was so amazing and kind! He weather the cold that day looking around the lot to see if there something else I would like. He was very patient with me and expressed his sincerity to make sure I was happy and that I get exactly what I want. I finally settled on the 2015 Malibu after test drive. It was a rocky start of purchase with the finance department but if it wasn't for Mr. Dabney, I may have just walked away. He was friendly and so understanding. I especially knew appreciated his understanding when he talked to my sister about the issues I was having right after purchase. My sister can be a lot and he handled it like a champ! He was very professional and again went above and beyond to be sure I was happy with my purchase. (I laughed with him later and then I apologize for my sister...I'm sure he remembers this). This brings me to Kris in service. My issue after purchase was the engine light. It was on and off for a while. Its been a little over a month since my purchase and I'm still dealing with this engine light. However, Kris has been so awesome and great to work with! He has gone above and beyond to be sure eventually, my issue can be resolved! Hopefully, its all good when I get my car back! I would definitely recommend Bob Hook on Bardstown road to anyone that asks! Thank you again! More
