The Sales Department is top notch! I purchased two vehicles from there a few years ago. One brand new, the other used. Now when bringing a vehicle in for service, that's a whole diff I purchased two vehicles from there a few years ago. One brand new, the other used. When you bring a vehicle in for service and the vehicle has to stay a day or so, the only good thing provided is a shuttle service back home! If you need anything major (A/C, Engine, Transmission), you're in trouble! It seems like only one person works on vehicles back there! They're always behind even if you had an appointment. They never have a courtesy vehicle as advertised. Communication about the status of your vehicle is obsolete. You have to practically go in-person to Bob Hook to ask about your vehicle because they will not call or email you back. I don't know what's going on in this service department but I will not bring my vehicle back. If I ever get it back! It's been there 2 months already! More
My first bad experience with Bob Hook, I took my truck to get a remanufactured transmission installed and when I picked it up the amount was over $300 more than what they quoted me. Now 3 years and 7 months get a remanufactured transmission installed and when I picked it up the amount was over $300 more than what they quoted me. Now 3 years and 7 months have passed and that transmission has failed. I called to get a price on getting it rebuilt instead of buying remanufactured this time. I spoke to Keith in the service department & he quoted me almost $1000 more than a transmission shop down the road quoted me for a remanufactured transmission. This was also more than double what I was quoted for having the transmission rebuilt 3 years & 7 months previous. I wanted to verify if that was for a rebuilt or remanufactured transmission. He must not have liked that and that is when his attitude changed. I was simply wanting to make sure what he was being quoted. I'll take my business to the company that I can trust, who treated me much better & I will save tons of money. More

Took new car into dealer for warranty work. Was there for a week. Checked on it and was told it would be at least another week to two weeks. Advisor said we could pick it up, and did. He said he would keep us "in line" and call us when they could get to it. This is absolutely terrible service. I have purchased two (2) vehicles from this dealer in the last 18 mos. Have had terrible experience in two out of three service calls. Will go somewhere else in the future. More
Waited three hours to get a headlight replaced.
