Absolutely take your vehicle to Bob Hook Chevrolet!!! I live 5 HRs north and was visiting my daughter at school when my car broke down, over a Holiday weekend. Service Advisor, Kris Hurt, is the person you should ask for, he knows his stuff!!! Not only did he make me feel more comfortable about my situation, he reassured me it would be taken care of, and it was!!!! Thank you for a job well job—-I’m sorry I don’t live in state to have my vehicle serviced here!

Well, I have to say I have got the the best of best from those people, I didn't see how I was going to get a new car because of my financial situation, just moved from Miami and new job but no money as of yet. The service department personnel are professional, yet warm and personable. I had my car towed overnight not knowing what was wrong with it. They called me before I even had a chance to call them. They found out the problem, fixed and got my car back to me by 1:00 p.m. Best service in the city!!

"No help? "

- Car

Have a little squeaking when I turn on my air conditioning. Called Monday, they told me to bring it in Thursday morning at 8 AM. They would check to see what’s going on and extended warranty should cover. Get to bob hook, drop the car off, look around for a little while. 2 and a half hours later I check on my car still hasn’t been looked at. Tell me my car is next. Come back 30 minutes later. Another excuse that my car is next. Come back again, they tell me the tech is changing a tire and then will begin on my car. At this point I’ve been there 3 and a half hours. I check back again 15 minutes later, I’m told they finally have my car in and it’s being looked at as we speak. Check back again 20 minutes later, the man taking care of me went to lunch, so another man took care of me, says my car hasn’t even gone in yet. Mine was supposed to be next but they bumped 2 more vehicles ahead of mine, and they may not even get to my car until the next day. After 4 and a half hours, I decided to cancel it, and just go home with it. I was told they weren’t aware that I was there, (but they knew because I kept checking in). Not enough communication with the customer.

"Totally Awesome Experience!"

I had an oil change/service appointment for 12:30pm today but had to call and reschedule because I had a flat rear tire on my way to Bob Hook in the Dixie Hwy construction chaos. AAA came and put on donut spare. Then took a chance and called Bob Hook again to see if I could still get in today. Chris in Service said "Come on." Checked in Service and was asked if I wanted them to check tire and I said I did. Great. fast service...and they not only checked the tire...they found the problem, repaired It, mounted it and stored the donut in its proper place and I was ready to go! The Service Department was clean and comfortable and even the floor was spic and span. Thank you Service Advisor, David Redding!! You eased my load and got my tire fixed...all beyond my expectations It is hard to find good service today. We have purchased our last ten cars including our Corvette from Bob Hook and come for service. From the receptionist on the phone 4 times today to all the folks in the busy Service Department and especially David Redding...THANK YOU!! JAMES AND DONNA ATHERTON.
