Have a little squeaking when I turn on my air conditioning. Called Monday, they told me to bring it in Thursday morning at 8 AM. They would check to see what’s going on and extended warranty should cover. Get to bob hook, drop the car off, look around for a little while. 2 and a half hours later I check on my car still hasn’t been looked at. Tell me my car is next. Come back 30 minutes later. Another excuse that my car is next. Come back again, they tell me the tech is changing a tire and then will begin on my car. At this point I’ve been there 3 and a half hours. I check back again 15 minutes later, I’m told they finally have my car in and it’s being looked at as we speak. Check back again 20 minutes later, the man taking care of me went to lunch, so another man took care of me, says my car hasn’t even gone in yet. Mine was supposed to be next but they bumped 2 more vehicles ahead of mine, and they may not even get to my car until the next day. After 4 and a half hours, I decided to cancel it, and just go home with it. I was told they weren’t aware that I was there, (but they knew because I kept checking in). Not enough communication with the customer.
