My appointment for an oil change was for 8 AM. I arrived at the dealership just before 8 AM and pulled my car into line for service. It was about 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to my vehicle to start the process. I was taken into the waiting room at about 8:20 am. I waited with the vehicle and expected to be done by at least 930. I think that an hour and a half is more than enough time to do an oil change. My vehicle was not ready until after 11 o’clock. I was very upset because I think that three hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I also had another appointment that I had scheduled for 11 o’clock that I ended up having to cancel because I had to wait three hours for an oil change. This Cadillac is my second vehicle. I also own a Lexus. I can definitely say that I have never experienced such horrible customer service at Lexus. I am considering taking the Cadillac to another dealership because of the poor service I received for a simple oil change. I even let my sales person know about the poor service I received that day. Her name is Mitchal. She apologized, and I did expect a coupon or something to restore my customer loyalty. I got nothing. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle that is not a Lexus in about 15 years. Bob Hook Chevrolet definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not recommend! More

Jake Bishop our sale consultant for years truly is my - our family friend as he made sure we were going to have a vehicle for our vacation if our car wasn’t finished by the time we left! All is Good thanks to John , Jarrod , Gabriel, Jake Bishop of course the service technicians at Bobhook Chevrolet!! Jake has sold us 6 cars in the last 6 years and I would not go anywhere else for a vehicle!! Bobhook is a family run business with the owners there every day greeting their customers! No wonder they are the Best Chevrolet Dealer In Louisville Ky ! Thank you guys so much ! More

I would never go back. I have never met a person who was more rude. We pulled up to the service bay because we made an online appointment. Then we were told everyone was at lunch and it didn't matter that we had made an appointment. Then we were told they wouldn't look at our car for several hours. Then we were told it would be 3 days before it would be fixed, if they did look at it. We left there and went straight down the road to another place that looked at the car and fixed it in just a couple of hours. The person who came to our car was deplorable. More
I was Visting From Alabama. Had trouble with Brakes on 2021 Silverado, called dealership for help. I have a 2016 Chevy Equinox and a Zurich Service Warranty that I bought from Bob Hook Dealership in 2019, mileage is 47485. The vehicle developed a leak from the sun roof when it rains. Water will pool under that I bought from Bob Hook Dealership in 2019, mileage is 47485. The vehicle developed a leak from the sun roof when it rains. Water will pool under the glove compartment in the floor well when it rains. I took the car in to Bob Hook for repairs and on 08/18/2022 service person Keith King said the leak was repaired. Zurich service warranty paid $884.23 and I paid $126.50. Two days later it rained and this time the sun roof was leaking under the steering wheel in the floor well. I took the vehicle back in to Bob Hook. On 08/29/2022 Keith King in the service dept. said the second leak was fixed. Keith explained to me there would be no charge because the second leak was their(Bob Hook's) fault due to some adjustment to the sun roof frame/cage that was not done correctly when fixing the first leak. Today's date is 09/05/2022 and the leaks(now two leaks) are still happening. On 09/06/2022 I will be calling Bob Hook about the leaks not being fixed. Is there some way you can contact Bob Hook and insist he fix the leaks. Thank you. More
