The service department could stand to step up their level of service quite a few notches. The service manager argued with me about what I heard her say. I have been in customer service for 25+ years and regardless of whether or not the customer what the customer heard is correct, you don't argue with them about it. You APOLOGIZE for the misunderstanding and restate. If there was another Acura dealership in OKC, OK I would give them a try next time. Unfortunately for me, I don't have another option. And continue to go back for subpar customer service. More
