Honestly i have been trying to get a car on finance for a long time and i won't be able to since i was doing first time financing. but finally i find i guy on text msg he literally help me out like his own a long time and i won't be able to since i was doing first time financing. but finally i find i guy on text msg he literally help me out like his own and then when i went there At Acura Show room and they were so help full and they made it real quick and simple no unnecessary questions and anything else. Jeremy and Robert were great, very patient. However, there seems to be a lack of knowledge on the reason behind needing signatures on some of the paperwork. When questioned as to why a signature was needed we were met with a lot of “the ladies upstairs need it” or “we just need it.” Those are not explanations as to why I should be signing those papers, which leads me to believe you don’t actually need me to sign them to sell a vehicle. If that’s not the case then the “ladies upstairs” need to come up with a pamphlet with why all those signatures are needed because the inability to give a better explanation almost lost you the sell. Especially when JT was pulled in to assist and was very condescending and rude. He clearly lacked patience and I hope he doesn’t tell all your customers that he’s had “lawyers and doctors sign it” as a reason to sign a legal document. The implication that we were not educated enough to understand but should trust miscellaneous “lawyers and doctors” is laughable when no actual explanation was being given, nor is JT familiar with anyone’s educational background. I would recommend a handout with better explanations that can be given to your finance staff to help your customers understand the many documents you request they sign, it would’ve made this process much less frustrating considering you finance manager couldn’t provide more explanation than “lawyers and doctors.” More
