I bought a car from here and they promised it would be detailed. After giving them two chances the job was still horrendous. The car does not even feel new and it is far from clean. Honestly I could have detailed. After giving them two chances the job was still horrendous. The car does not even feel new and it is far from clean. Honestly I could have done a better job myself. The service was quick and easy Ronnie was friendly and helpful The only problem I encountered was no coffee while waiting There was a machine but it wasn’t working I asked about it but no one seemed helpful The only problem I encountered was no coffee while waiting There was a machine but it wasn’t working I asked about it but no one seemed concerned Definitely a minus Service seemed through I was apprised of additional services and was disappointed in the cost Transmission service was recommended but I had to ask if it was drain and fill or flush I think big big difference $299 is very expensive for a drain and fill Also I was told a recall was in order but wasn’t clear on how long it would take One quote was 4-5 hrs when I checked back if loner car was available the time changed to one hour More
