Service agent to speak with on my reservation wad not there and wasn't notified to speak to someone else. Was told that I would get a text when car was ready. My appointment was 930 after waiting until 5 there and wasn't notified to speak to someone else. Was told that I would get a text when car was ready. My appointment was 930 after waiting until 5:30 with no text called up there to see if ready and was told it was but when I got there they still needed to wash it and had to wait for it to get finished being serviced.
