My wife had her 2020 RDX serviced today, an oil change and tire rotation. We were told it was ready to be picked up, so my wife went back to the dealership and paid. As she was getting ready to leave, her service advisor told her he needed to check her windshield wiper fluid. He was looking under the hood and announced that the engine oil was low. The service advisor went into the maintenance area and returned with a female technician, who brought oil to add to the vehicle. The technician informed my wife that the oil cap had been left off, but that she was now good to go. This is unbelievable to say the least. I have seen the quality of service decreasing at this dealership over the last year and a half. I have posted other reviews on Google reviews as well. I’ve almost had it and am going to start looking for a new place to have my Acuras serviced. More

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my vehicle received at Bob Howard Acura on March 13, 2025. My son brought our car in for a scheduled oil change appointment at 7:00 AM, which service my vehicle received at Bob Howard Acura on March 13, 2025. My son brought our car in for a scheduled oil change appointment at 7:00 AM, which I had booked through your website using a coupon. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. At 8:30 AM, Larry Coleman returned the keys to my son. However, he failed to inform him of three critical issues that required immediate attention: the need for two new tires, four new spark plugs with a valve adjustment, and a new cabin air filter. These services, totaling nearly $1,000, were not mentioned at the time of the appointment. When I later called to inquire why this information wasn’t communicated to my son, Mr. Coleman explained that “it was really crazy this morning.” He then suggested I bring the car back the following morning to address the issues. Unfortunately, this is not an option as my son departs at 6:00 AM. To make matters worse, your team did not replace the windshield sticker indicating the next oil change date or reset the oil life sensor—basic tasks that are expected during a standard oil change. This lack of communication, attention to detail, and overall disregard for the customer experience is unacceptable. I hope Bob Howard Acura is not relying on its service department to foster customer loyalty, as this experience has ensured that I will not be returning. More
