Cooper, our salesman, took all the necessary time to explain all the new features on the 2026 MDX. We moved from our 2019 MDX (which we loved for 6 years) to a 2026. This place is the worst run business in the state of Oklahoma. You can not get ahold of them after they’ve made the sale. Purchased a car from Larry on Sept 13th and it’s been 2 months and I have not received a check for my trade in OR registration papers to register my vehicle. All attempts to reach someone goes unanswered and they don’t bother to give you a response or time of day. Tried to call multiple times and they either transfer you to someone else or just hang up on you. Larry has no clue what he’s doing either or any of their loan processing people. I will never purchase a vehicle from any Bob Howard dealership again, they do not respect their clients and customers. More
