Salesman Blake did a great job not pressuring us letting us test drive more than one vehicle and going back to the first. I just moved here from out of state, and was looking to set up a relationship with a dealer nearby where I live. I chose this dealer based on the name and proximity from my home. I have to say I was very d set up a relationship with a dealer nearby where I live. I chose this dealer based on the name and proximity from my home. I have to say I was very disappointed. It was my first visit there, and I felt like I was just a number. It was difficult to find where I was supposed to go. There was absolutely no personal touch in anything. No “welcome in, thanks for choosing us”. No “thank you”. No nothing. And, to top it off, I did not get all the services that I thought I had signed up for on the website before my appointment. I even repeated the services I was expecting during my visit when I first talked to the service rep, and the response was “yep, we’ll take care of it”. Yet, when all was said and done, I asked again if everything was done only to then be told “yeah, we didn’t do that”. I was not asked if I had an oil preference, nor if there was anything else I would like them to address. My service rep was less than personable, and made me feel like I was just someone in his way to get through to quitting time. I am not sure I will return due to this first impression. More
