I’m sure your policy isn’t to lie, then offer a bare minimum solution to a problem you created at my inconvenience. I appreciate the offer, but my fiance even asked for cleaning supplies(Toby wiped out the cupholders in the back) AND I mentioned it to the guy when I was signing paperwork that it would be weird to apply that stuff over the trash. You had the opportunity to do it right the 1st time, then was made aware of it and had the opportunity to make it right, and chose not to on both accounts. Why would/should I give you a 3rd try? If you want to make it right, find someone in Stillwater OK who can do what needs to be done on your dime, but I won’t bring it back to you.
