Salesman, Ricky Schulz, went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We had a GMC Acadia picked out. We wanted to add a tow package to the vehicle. Ricky couldn't find an after fac sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We had a GMC Acadia picked out. We wanted to add a tow package to the vehicle. Ricky couldn't find an after factory tow package listed in the parts for the new Acadia. He checked with their parts department, making sure he didn't just miss it. He checked an independent business owner whose business was putting after factory tow packages on vehicles. He didn't show anything. After further investigation it was determined the tow package had to be built in from the factory. Ricky said he would check around to seevif he could find what we wanted. We left but received a call from Ricky later in the day that he had found the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted and with the tow package. Thank you, Ricky! More
