It took three weeks to do repairs that should have taken a week. I tried to contact service manager, he did not respond. I visited shop three separate times and the explanation was parts on order. I must add my service advisor was in vacation after taking it in, David is great and an asset. When David returned I found Out during his absence, all worked had stopped on my car. After learning this I had my moment with service manager , not an asset to your company. After a lot of heated dialogue and 20 minutes later , he finally admitted that management should have been involved in David’s absence. This is not the first time this has happened. There is a major disconnect in this shop and It is all on the management side. My hope is this will help resolve these issues, I am selling my GMC and will not do business with BH ever again. Went in for estimate. Estimate more than car worth. Offered 1000 for it by tech who ask used car manager. Came in for a problem that was not fixed… When I got home the issue that “they could not recreate” immediately started again. When I got my keys and got two words out of the attendant- my car was literally d the issue that “they could not recreate” immediately started again. When I got my keys and got two words out of the attendant- my car was literally dead. Which on the inspection form they gave me - my battery passed with flying colors. So clearly something else was wrong. The attendant was just annoyed that I had to go back and ask for help. He didn’t care that obviously this meant something was still somewhat wrong. He told me to just drive it home after he jumped it. The manager came by and I got the same glowing customer service as the crappy attendant gave. This is mind blowing that a place strictly for car service gives a completely zero amount effort. I’m beyond upset. And still needing to find someone to look at my car. I just love that it sat in their parking lot for 2 days for absolutely nothing. More
