Shady business practices: Went in for in oil change based on a coupon. The coupon was for a $19 oil change (regularly $55). However my truck is a diesel (regularly $100 when I inquired over the phone) based on a coupon. The coupon was for a $19 oil change (regularly $55). As mentioned on the coupon, “additional charges may apply” but over the phone they wouldn’t tell me what the total would be. At the dealership they would t commit to a value of the discount when they took the car. At the end they produced a $110 oil change with a $10 discount… same as the non-discounted service mentioned over the phone. These guys should be working the used car lot! More
