After spending all day at a dealership where we were not met with good customer service we decided to stop at the Bob Howard Chevrolet dealership and they were awesome. I had a very disappointing experience with the service department manager at Bob Howard Chevrolet. From the start, the communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, the manager spoke in a condescending tone that made it clear customer service was not a priority. What was even more frustrating was the failure to honor the original estimate I was given. The final cost was significantly higher, with little explanation or accountability. When I asked for clarification, the response felt defensive rather than helpful. I expect transparency and basic respect when dealing with a service department, especially for something as important as vehicle maintenance. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I would strongly recommend others double-check estimates in writing and be cautious when dealing with this location. More

Made an appointment for an oil change. Got there at the specified time. Once arriving I checked my car in and waited. After an hour I walked outside to make a call and noticed my car was s Got there at the specified time. Once arriving I checked my car in and waited. Also, when checking in, I got a text message from the service department stating I could text them that number with any questions. After noticing my car had not been started, I reached out via that number and no one ever responded to me. Took an hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change even with making an appointment and did not and still have not received any response from the supervisor that checked me in. Not a great experience and will not return to that dealership for service. More
