They are some of the best at working on diesels. They have the certified and top mechanics for them on site. I've always been able to trust my Chevy vehicles with them. They never oversell and they're always looking out for me. They go the extra mile to make sure that I'm happy and know exactly what my vehicle is doing and how to use it. Had an issue with my wireless charging and they looked really deep into it. Found out the design of the pixel 9 and 10 on the camera causes enough separation to stop the wireless charging. They also gave me options to help alleviate the issue. Really glad to have such a knowledgeable and reputable team! More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and also had a check engine light on. I assumed the light might be related to the oil, but it turns out it was due to a separate issue that is covered under my warr check engine light on. What’s frustrating is that no one mentioned this to me during my visit. I was allowed to leave the dealership without any explanation or discussion about the check engine light. After getting home and seeing the light still on, I had to drive all the way back. When I spoke with the advisor who assisted me, he told me he “didn’t know” I wanted the check engine light addressed. That makes no sense if a warning light is on, especially when the vehicle is under warranty, it should absolutely be acknowledged and discussed without the customer having to specifically request it. This is now the second time I’ve experienced a situation where I only find out about additional issues after I’ve already picked up my vehicle. On top of that, other items were flagged on my car, and I was told not to worry about them because the car was off, which did not give me confidence. I expect those concerns to be properly checked and explained, not dismissed. This level of communication and service is unacceptable. Customers should be fully informed about their vehicle’s condition before leaving the dealership. I expect better attention to detail and transparency moving forward. More
