Called last minute to have oil & filter changed, tires rotated, and differential oil changed. Was told to bring my CR-V now and it'd be quickly taken care of, I did and they did! They heard what I wanted, and they delivered a fast easy experience! While I was at work, I went and did the credit app, then Rickey had the car waiting for me when I had arrived!! I took it for a test drive where Ricky showed me all the features. Even though I was a little hesitate(buying a car is never for the week)!! He broke everything down and it made me more at ease going through the car buying experience. He stayed late to make sure my car buying experience was great! He wasn’t pushy, and didn’t try and sell me on things I didn’t want. I put it out there, how much I wanted to spend, and what I wanted monthly! He did a great job!I recommend asking for Ricky if you get a Honda!! More
