Came in and test drove a new vehicle due to an end of the year “sale”. Turns out they just take that sale price off your trade in. It’s an outplayed sales tactic that this dealership still uses. Excellent Customer Service - Seamless Transaction Found a used Car that was on one of the other Bob Howard Auto lots. My dealer had not problem's with getting the car for me to look at, test drive, an Found a used Car that was on one of the other Bob Howard Auto lots. My dealer had not problem's with getting the car for me to look at, test drive, and was able to answer all of my questions & concerns. The car salesman and used auto manager were willing to work with my current financial situation and I was able to come back in the evening and purchase the vehicle. The F&I side of the transaction was actually quite pleasant, and the F&I guy wasn't a pain in my @** like most dealerships. Thank you for taking the time to take care of me & my family. We will return when we need another vehicle. More
sold me a used car with poor paintless dent repair done I was looking for a used acura tl which they had I worked the deal over with Jeremy Cook head of used car sales. I went up and test drove the car and I was looking for a used acura tl which they had I worked the deal over with Jeremy Cook head of used car sales. I went up and test drove the car and asked about purchasing it with the 3 day 300 mile guarantee which the car was advertised with on craigslist which is where I found it. I was told no the advertised ad did not apply? I was given permission to get the car checked by my mechanic here in norman which I did mechanically it was sound, I went by my pdr guy who was not at his shop so I purchased the car. I took the car by my pdr guy the first chance I got and he stated the pdr work that was so poorly done was some of the worst he has ever seen and he has been doing pdr for 30+ years. bottom line I am paying more to fix up the dealers pdr work than I am to get the dents taken out, I contacted Jeremy Cook and although they sell pdr work he claims? they did not do the work, shadiest car dealership I have ever dealt with. I would have gladly taken the car back under the 3 day warranty which was how I found the car on craigslist but obviously they knew I would get the shoddy bodywork checked out and brought it back! Liars and cheats Kevin the sales manager is nothing more than a liar and con artist. Their certified program is garbage! DO NOT buy a car here.. I was promised at purc Kevin the sales manager is nothing more than a liar and con artist. Their certified program is garbage! DO NOT buy a car here.. I was promised at purchase for scratchs around all 4 corners of the bumpers to be repainted not with touch up paint. Of course surprise surprise they used touch up paint on one tiny area the paint did not even match and now they're refusing to finish the job. Their motto should be all things unscrupulous the customers don't matter More
Used cars is too aggressive Nice selection of cars but terrible sales people (in used cars). I was driving through the lot and a guy named Lavando or something came running up to Nice selection of cars but terrible sales people (in used cars). I was driving through the lot and a guy named Lavando or something came running up to my window to stop me. I had just pulled in and wanted to look as I drove. Talk about aggressive and making me feel like a dollar sign. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Employees dipping and spitting on the sidewalk where customers can sit at the bench. Won't be doing business here, that's for sure More

Do not do business here. On 11-27-2018 at approximately 7:30pm I stopped by the Bob Howard Toyota store and specifically asked about 2 vehicles. I asked about the white Toyota On 11-27-2018 at approximately 7:30pm I stopped by the Bob Howard Toyota store and specifically asked about 2 vehicles. I asked about the white Toyota Sequoia priced at $4000 and the white Honda Odyssey priced at $2000. I am a retired firefighter and currently a USPS Letter Carrier. I recently injured my back and I am facing my 3rd major back surgery, so I was bringing my secondary vehicle in to find something more comfortable to drive. Also, with being off of work and the Holidays being upon us and being a single father, hopefully making some money on my trade in. We never got that far in the process though, because the salesman (Vu Tran) helping me, informed me after filling out paperwork, looking at my vehicle, knowing what 2 vehicles that I was interested in, and running back to his manager's office several times told me that those 2 vehicles weren't there anymore. He said they went to the auction. Then proceeded to tell me that they had no vehicles priced under $9000. They also couldn't pull a vehicle from a different Bob Howard store either. Well, today, 11-29-2018 there are still 11 used cars under $9000, including the 2 I asked for posted on the inventory list. The Honda was even recently posted on the Facebook Marketplace on 11-28-2018. So, my question is does this store and it's staff always lie to customers and treat them in such a manner? My brother and sister in law actually trade their brand new Honda Odysseys in every couple of years with you all (BH Honda) and purchase another one. After this I doubt that they will be back, though. Do not expect to get a NADA value out of your trade in either. Expect more of a salvaged price? I stopped by the BH Honda store after leaving the Toyoga store, because I was unaware that I had just been lied to. The experience there was no better. A ridiculous trade in offer and a $599 paperwork fee for a lot of paperwork that was not applicable. I highly recommend that you do not do business with this company. More
False pricing advertisment I contacted this dealer to purchase a car they have advertised on car gurus and on their very own website for $35,595. The price I received was for $ I contacted this dealer to purchase a car they have advertised on car gurus and on their very own website for $35,595. The price I received was for $4500 more than what they have it advertised for. There reason for their false advertisement is "supply and demand." I spoke with Ben Rekoay. When I mentioned that supply and demand is not a good reasoning for false advertisement, he responded with "sure." Apparently dealerships like this and salesman like Ben, are comfortable with their false advertisement. Makes you wonder what other kind of sneaky practices they use. More
