I scheduled an appointment @ 7 am. When I arrived I was told by the service manager Jack that no oil techs have made it to work yet! 2 other customers had checked in before me and I When I arrived I was told by the service manager Jack that no oil techs have made it to work yet! 2 other customers had checked in before me and I was there 10 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait for an over an hour and a half for an oil change!!! I didn’t get to leave until 8:43! Why do you have your customers schedule an appointment and you don’t have techs ready for work! It seems that every time that I have come to Bob Howard for an oil change it’s at least 11/2 hours! So I decided to schedule an appointment at 7am thinking that I will be able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time! Nope, just another excuse and almost a 2 hour wait! Why make an appointment only to be given an excuse for not getting my oil change done timely! I don’t understand why your service techs can’t do an oil change any faster than that! Such a waste of time and money for both me and your company! I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bob Howard and have been bringing them in for your service ever since. I will try one more time for an oil change with Bob Howard and if I have to wait for over an hour to get it done then I will be taking my business elsewhere and will tell my friends and family that as well!
