I honestly wanted to believe that you guys were friendly and helpful because u were genuinely good and honest people. But after taking the car home and have the check engine light go off the following day I started to think you guys weren't so honest. But giving you the benefit of a doubt told my husband because it was only a day after purchasing it I'm sure you would make it right. My husband to it to a mechanic and had them run diagnostics on it and found out what codes were being thrown. The mechanic said either a sensor went bad over night or the dealership cleared the codes before selling it. So my husband then called you guys. he spoke to Hector and was told he'd speak with the manager and get back with us. We patiently waited an entire day and never heard anything back. So by day 4 we called you guys back and was told they didn't care about the issues and if we didn't like the answer we were given then bring the car back. This is the worst dealership! They don't care about their customers or their satisfaction with the buy. All they care about is making a quick buck. This is not how a customer should be treated. I just bought a used jeep 2 mo the ago and after 3 weeks it broke down. Not only did the dealership where I purchased the jeep fix it no questions asked, they also sent out a mechanic to look at it before deciding it needed to be towed. Then they paid to have it towed and repaired. We had no warranty and they still helped us. That's good customer service. If we'd owned the vehicle more than a month this wouldn't be an issue. But the day after purchase and it starts throwing codes and check engine lights that shouldn't be on the customer. This issue needs to be resolved.
