Ensuring that you customer is satisfied after the sale has closed is a vital aspect of the customer experience. I have unanswered questions regarding F&I products that were included in my financing. My experience with Dustin Bradford (Finance) at Bob Howard Honda has been disappointing to say the least. I have received no replies to multiple emails and voicemail's sent to Dustin Bradford with Bob Howard Auto Finance since taking delivery of my vehicle. Dustin Bradford enthusiastically closed the sale with a smile during financing but has now become inexplicably absent within 30 of my vehicle purchase. Dustin Bradford has not been bothered return any of my emails or phone calls. If I had known that Dustin Bradford would have ignored me after purchasing my vehicle I would NOT have purchased from Bob Howard Honda and would have happily taken my business to another dealer with a finance representative that has been trained to respond to an email or return a phone call. Follow up is basic customer service. I have now sent correspondence via certified mail and still no response. If purchasing from Bob Howard Honda, keep in mind you may be ignored just as I have from Dustin Bradford with Bob Howard Honda Finance. I do not recommend this dealership due to my experience. More
