He was concerned about Amendment to my original review: After writing the review below I was contacted by one of the service managers, Jesse Cook. He was concerned about our experience and did everything he could to try and rectify the situation. He was extremely available and did everything he could to expedite any further service that needed to be done. He was honest about what needed to be done and made sure our car was finally fixed. He told us that the service technicians that formerly worked with us were no longer employed there and it sounds like the service department has made some changes. I've not worked with everyone in the service department, but I would take my vehicle back to Jesse, I felt he earned my trust. Original review: You should stay away from this service department at all costs. The service technicians/managers are completely unavailable. I have called numerous times on multiple occasions to get in touch with somebody in the service department and they rarely return my call. I have to hunt them down and hope I get lucky that somebody answers the phone. Ive been promised return calls or email correspondence that nobody follows through with. After numerous visits we requested the notes stating what was done to repair the vehicle the services notes were virtually nonexistent. We also came to find out that that even though we were told that our airbag was exchanged due to recall, that it actually never happened because there was no listing of a part being billed with part number. We worked with two separate technicians, Scott and Matt, both no longer work there. Hmmm, wonder why.? They take no responsibility for a misdiagnosis. We brought our Pilot in with a VTM-4 light and engine light on and on three separate occasions and each time we left and the lights came back on. They kept wanting to charge use for new service. We finally decided to take our car to another dealership because they kept replacing parts and not solving the problem. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!! Unless you're going for an oil change, but i suggest you still mark your oil filter and confirm they actually replaced it with a new one. More

I've been back for service & never impressed with the service, but the LAST time, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, told the technician I was short on time, waited an hour, then found my own car to leave without service. Ridiculous. Why make appointments or lie about availability to keep you on the hook? I will never go back. I want another Honda, but won't go back to this dealer. More

Car buying breeze! I have gone with my husband to purchase several cars at several dealerships. It was finally time for my new car and I wanted to try a honda. When I got there I was nervous but as soon as I started to talking to my salesman I felt much better. He listened to what i was wanting, the payment I was wanting and let me take my time when test driving the different models. Once I picked the car the finance team was awesome! I couldn't have had a better car buying experience! More

Bob Howard Honda We bought a Honda HR-V on 18th July 2016 from this place and after the worst experience ever we returned the car back today 08/02/2016. What we agreed on was no payments down with 72 months finances plus 7 years bumper to bumper warranty. We provided all information and documentation and they checked our credit score; we signed the contract and they said car is ready to pick up tomorrow. The 24 hour time took a week because of so many excuses that they gave and during this time we had company’s car and switched from FWD to AWD to compensate delay. Finally we got our car a week after contract but this was the starting of disaster!!! I received a phone call a week later from financial office of this place, the guy on the phone said because bank had us to reduce the price to fulfill the gap of $3000 (which no one let us know), we need to either put down $1000 RIGHT NOW or return the car. I said I am at work right now, I will meet you at your office tomorrow, also I need to talk with my wife, he said call her now and call me back, we can do everything on the phone and should be done now because it is end of the month and we need to close the monthly accounts, I said it is impossible and I’ll meet you tomorrow at your office. At his office he said you signed to pay 84 months!!!! We shocked and asked for explanation; I said something should be wrong and asked to talk with the same person that we talked and signed the contract with. He started to yell at us and said he is off today and he is sure everything is correct. We said if this is the contract that we signed, we deceived because we signed something that is different from what we agreed. He got mad and stated we are not have to buy the car!!! On top of that the other employee cannot deceive us because HE IS HIS BEST FRIEND AND HE HIMSELF TRAINED HIM!!!!!!!!!!! So there is no way to something happened wrong. I stated that you are human beings not angels and may do something wrong. After an unpleasant argument, he checked the documentation and saw that the agreement is different from contract, on top of that the sales manager (he was off) and our agent were witness of what we agreed, however he did not apologize!!!!!, instead he said you do not have to by the car and started to threatening to call the police and wanted us to leave the shop. I said if you won’t call police, I will; I need somebody to have the car back right now and a written receipt with 4 whiteness signature that Car has no defect and we do not owe you anything. This place is the worse place that I have been ever and the staff are the most unprofessional and rude staff that I have ever met. Do not waste your precious time and money with these unprofessional people. More
