Drove down from Guthrie tonight to potentially purchase a Toyota Highlander they had listed online at $18400. We test drove it and inspected the vehicle. Overall it was what we expected with the exception of Toyota Highlander they had listed online at $18400. We test drove it and inspected the vehicle. Overall it was what we expected with the exception of a bad cut in the leather in the backseat and melted candy on the dash. I decided I could probably repair it myself and wouldn't haggle on the price. Our sales person was Victoria and she did fine. She back kept going back and forth from the sales manager with lists of upsell items. I told them I'm not paying a penny over the asking price. My wife and I both have 750+ credit scores and had pre-approval for the loan. Should have been a cut and dry transaction but the sales manager came out and tried get an extra $2k on top of the listed $18k for doing nothing. So we said no thanks and left. It is a deception to list a car for a set price and then raise it at time of sale. They hadn't even washed the car and it was dirty inside but they wanted us to pay for ceramic paint coating. Beware of these deceptive practices. Wasted my time and money. They will never get mine or my family's business in the future. Edit: After seeing several other people have this same experience at this dealership I have decided to contact the Oklahoma Attorney General and Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission regarding their practices. Under OCPA §15-753, unlawful practices include these sales tactics. "Bait and switch" or advertising without intent to sell at the advertised price. If this happens to you go to the Attorney Generals website: oklahoma.gov/oag (under "Complaints & Tip Lines" > "Consumer Complaint Form"). Also oklahoma.gov/onmvc under "Complaints". This way the business will be fined for their fraudulent practices and hopefully fire the people committing them. More

Sales and finance were great. Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Service writer was not helpful and did not check with finance about the extended warranty I bought in Had a repair later that needed to be warranted. Writer was not friendly at all during my interaction with her. Ended up speaking with finance supervisor who referred me to the GM. GM made it right and couldn't have been nicer. More
