Great new facility with top-echelon service advisors and techs. Marley and Jacob were outstanding this morning. I bring my 2023 Santa Fe in for routine oil changes. Every time other than this last time I've been happy with the customer service I've received and the cleanliness of my car after service. Customer service was good a usual. When I got back in my car after getting an oil change I was appalled at manner in which my cars cleanliness was returned. Not only could I barely hear a word the tech said in the inspection video he sent to me nor could I understand on top of not hearing him. Had I not been in a hurry for a family matter and had my already cranky 5 yr old, I would have immediately walked back in the service center. The driver side seat, driver's side door arm rest, center console lid, gear shift knob, and the middle grab bar all light grey leather were covered/coated with dirty dark brown dirt and grease. I have attempted to clean it off with leather cleaning wipes and conditioner and can not get the brown tinge off all the way. It's like it stained the leather permanently. I will be contacting the dealership today regarding the matter. That is not acceptable. Something should have put in the seat at least to protect from this and gloves wipes something for the hands when working on a customers car. Especially when it has light colored interior upholstery. So poor communication skills by the tech for video inspection, poor cleanliness, and didn't even reset the service interval setting. More
