This same “pricing mistake / open service ticket” excuse appears in dozens of recent reviews for Bob Howard Hyundai and other Bob Howard dealerships, which suggests it is not an innocent error but a deliberate pattern. I have forwarded the original listing, our correspondence, and your response to both the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Unit and the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission for investigation under the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Act and OMVC deceptive-advertising rules. Future customers deserve transparency, not a low online price used as bait to get them on the lot. I won’t be contacting you privately; everything that needs to be said is public record now.
