My salesperson, Yannick, was excellent to work with. I was very pleased with the professional communication and his expert knowledge about the Hyundai Palisade. He was thorough without being overly aggressive which I appreciated. He kept me informed about the availability of the vehicle ahead of meeting him for the test drive. I had researched the vehicle and the dealership’s inventory online ahead of time. Yannick was punctual, courteous and respectful of my time. When we agreed on the terms, the financing process with Chris was simple, to the point and honestly the easiest financing I’ve been through buying a new vehicle. I’m enjoying my new Palisade and have no regrets choosing the vehicle or Bob Howard Hyundai. Give Yannick and Chris a chance if your shopping for a new Hyundai! More

Had to bring my car in for service and the manager who took care of me was super friendly and helpful. I ended up needing a new engine. They honestly got it ordered and fixed so fast I was amazed. Customer service has declined at this dealership. Not like the old one near Hibdons. The customer mattered. I am looking at a new vehicle due to mileage on this one. Too much went wrong on this visit and Im not going to list it all but managers need to review the quality. Work on vehicle was great. The techs did a good job. Car wasn't ready when promised but that was due to the wrong parts being sent nothing to do with svc rep or techs. Had to find a ride to work. Thank God for friends. More
