Facility is clean no trash in the parking lot or waiting areas, greeted in a timely & friendly manner. Marley service advisor whom I worked with was knowledgeable, Communicated with me regarding what services that were going to be done and needed one feature I like the most is a link that takes you to a detailed summary of each service that was going to be performed. Also came with a video media attachment so that you can actually view said parts that needed to be replaced and how long vehicle would be with Service mechanics also during that time communicated effectively during the process and after the process. One thing I’m most impressed with is that the mechanics took care with my vehicle there was no smudges oil stains, handprints all over the vehicle. That is a pet peeve of mine. Five stars for the mechanics. Popcorn machine would be great maybe more merchandise for sale i.e. accessories, keychains, floor mats, etc. Overall, I’m satisfied and happy with the services provided would recommend More
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the maintenance department. The service advisors were utterly clueless about customer service. Upon walking in, not a single person greeted me. Instead, they vanished for about ten minutes, only to return and ask if I had an appointment, but in a manner that I felt they providing a favor, not a service. Obviously I had an appointment, I wasn’t there to admire the decor. This is my second poor experience here, and I will not be returning for either maintenance or purchasing a vehicle. I just hope the mechanic actually did everything he said he did. More

They also don’t charge you a 3% surcharge for using a credit card like Norman Hyundai does. More
When I took the car to the dealership it was making a strange noise. When I picked it up it was still making a strange noise. That was an exciting few. Minutes when you are doing 70 MPhil. Oh well. More

I have a big issue with being told I need an alignment on a brand new vehicle with 15000 miles on it. Toe that means Bob Howard Hyundai doesn't believe in the cars they sell. Was brought a used vehicle to test drive that had no brake pedal, was safety inspected by dealer previously and also had brake work performed by their service department prior to me coming to test drive brake pedal, was safety inspected by dealer previously and also had brake work performed by their service department prior to me coming to test drive and purchase this vehicle, being an 18 year experienced mechanic I looked the vehicle over and advised them to replace both brake calipers in the rear as they were leaking, one of them being a caliper the installed, they only changed one of them in an hour and twenty minutes, then brought the car back out with a brake pedal that wasn't nonexistent anymore but still leaking brake fluid out of the other rear caliper, sales manager got upset at me being upset over them wasting my time on something that should've been noticed before I even touched the car, but the manager tried to cancel the sale which at this point I had already signed for the loan and car, proceeds to then slam the doors on my car saying he's going to cancel the deal because he didn't like my attitude. Had to go purchase my own parts and repair my brand used car before I could even drive it home. More
Once again, this dealership came through to save my day. It was 90+ degrees when I got in my car, turned on the AC, but the fan was not working. A call to Bluetooth service was all it took to get an appointment within 30-40 minutes of my call. When I arrived, I was told they were short staffed and I would have to leave my car because no one was available to look at it right away. My husband and I only have one car and we live an hour away, but they had no loaner vehicles. I went to an office next to the service desk and explained my situation to Austin, that my husband was getting medical treatment after being hospitalizedfor 5 days and could not take the heat. He was willing to look at my car to see if the problem was minor and could be fixed quickly. With the help of 3 service techs, my car was fixed and I was back on the road to pick up my husband within 30 minutes! Austin and those 3 techs were my heroes for the day! I highly recommend this dealership because of their great employees! More
