I bought my Electra at a different dealership, but knowing I would take to Bob Howard. There service advisors “were” top notched. Very attentive and communicated with me. However, lately I have t knowing I would take to Bob Howard. There service advisors “were” top notched. Very attentive and communicated with me. However, lately I have to park my car and WAIT on a service advisor to even approach me. Then conversation was rather short and seemed unappreciative. Once was car was finished I looked over in the driveway and it sat there. After 10 minutes I went to service desk and it was like oh yea your ready. Seemed as if I was a burden to them. I will give it one more try, if no progress I will drive out of my way to another dealership More
