Terrible experience. They sold me a car that was not in the condition they promised. They gave me an unrealistic interest rate and failed to inform me of the charges that came from the dealership. When I called them out for not giving me "honest answers" and "useful information" like the sign on the wall promises, the sales manager told me that buying a car is "self-explanatory". The finance manager then lied to me about the status of the loan saying it had been fully funded so they couldn't help me. After calling the financial institution doing my financing, they told me they had not yet purchased the contract. Do not shop here. They will lie to you and pretend they are not at fault. More

I went to take my car in for an oil change and new wiper blades. Ended up having the air filters changed and the tires rotated as well. There was an issue with the cost not being reflected correctly when I blades. Ended up having the air filters changed and the tires rotated as well. There was an issue with the cost not being reflected correctly when I was checking out, however their Service Manager, Eric, was quick to get the issue fixed and make sure I was a happy customer. Ok so I was approved online for a vehicle but when I went in they told me I was not my credit score was to low. So if you fill out the application for Bob howard online and get approved keep your figures cro in they told me I was not my credit score was to low. Also my New car broke down within the first week with a break issue I wanted a exchange was told no and also told that Oklahoma does NOT have a lemon law. I should of walked out after they told me my online application was a mistake. Or don't go in at all and just buy online. Funny thing is the car they offered came out to be more then the car I wanted when adding extras. If you shop here keep your wits about you because xx is ever. Good luck More

I had my car serviced for an oil change at Bob Howard Hyundai about a month ago, on I-240 and S.W. 74th. The service Representative I dealt with, Eric Hypes, was extremely helpful, fair, honest, thorou Hyundai about a month ago, on I-240 and S.W. 74th. The service Representative I dealt with, Eric Hypes, was extremely helpful, fair, honest, thorough and reasonable. He came out to let me know what was needed to be done before they did any additional extensive work on it. I would take my car back to have it serviced as long as Eric was my Service Representative.
